General Terms
All breeding leases and ova/embryo sales are covered by contract, and
complete details of the terms and conditions are contained therein.
Breeding Leases: Each mare is
offered at a flat monthly rate which includes all basic care, vaccinations,
worming, farrier, foaling fee and insurance, but not veterinary fees +
in some cases a cash fee, determined by mare.
Ovum/Embryo Rights Deposit: $1,000, refundable only if work cannot
commence for retrieval of the ovum or embryo. First come first served on signed
contract and receipt of fee.
Ovum/Embryo Sales:
Determined by the mare, deposit applied.
Veterinary Fees:
Charged by the veterinarian directly to the client.
Recipient Mares on site: $400 deposit plus $400 per month due first of
the month and including basic care, vaccinations, worming, farrier, insurance on
mare but not baby on board, and foaling fee, but not foal at foot fees or
veterinary fees which will be charged separately
